VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP PATIENT PORTAL

Patients may access valuable information by having a Valley Medical Group Patient Portal Account.

Through the patient portal you will be able to:

  • View lab and radiology results

  • Request appointments

  • Make payments

  • View upcoming appointments

  • Update your personal information

  • Print useful paperwork and forms

Make the best use of the patient portal:

  • Send separate portal messages for separate concerns. This helps us distribute your questions to the right person and respond quicker.

  • Plan ahead when sending a portal message, by allowing 48 hours for a team member to respond.

  • Limit your portal messages to just a few sentences. Don’t worry if a short message sounds impolite – our team will appreciate your directness.

  • Use portal messages to clarify advice given at a recent appointment or to share information like blood pressure or blood sugar readings taken at home.

  • If your question can be addressed during your upcoming appointment, bring your question to the appointment instead of sending a portal message.

  • If you have new concerns or a change in symptoms, schedule an in-office or virtual appointment instead of asking for advice on the portal. For the best and safest care, we want to see you in person for complex concerns.

If you do not have a patient portal account, it only takes a few minutes to register. Visit the Valley Medical Homepage at vmgma.com and click on the link for the patient portal.

If you need assistance with the patient portal including setting up of your account, please contact support by
email: PortalSupport@vmgma.com

The patient portal is not intended to replace an office visit. It is only used for routine and non-urgent matters.
