Ms. Gruen is a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Northampton Health Center with 30 years experience providing health care to adults and children. Lynda Holliday joined Valley Medical Group's Behavioral Health practice in August of 2009. Rebecca Jackson has been a family physician for more than 30 years. Raised outside Boston, she graduated from Radcliffe College in mathematics and received her MD at Dartmouth Medical School. She completed her residency at the University of New Mexico in Family Medicine and after a year working on the Navajo Reservation she returned to Albuquerque to join the faculty of the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine, where she taught for eleven years. In 1989, with her one year old son she moved to Maine to be near family and worked at the Richmond Area Health Center. In 2000, she moved to the North Shore and worked in a variety of settings while her son went to the Landmark School. She joined the Amherst office in October, 2009. Sandy Kobylarz, PT

Ms. Kobylarz graduated with honors from Boston University. She comes to us from Cooley Dickinson Hospital where she has served the Pioneer Valley for 19 years. Sandy began her career in NJ where she implemented the first cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program at Somerset Medical Center. She has also participated in educational series addressing the role of exercise in the management of Diabetes Mellitus. Currently, Sandy has a special interest in assessing and treating shoulder and lower extremity injuries.
