Directions:

From South: Step 1: Take Rt. 91 North to Exit 19. Drive straight through light at end of ramp onto Damon Road.  Drive 1 miles and through light at King St. intersection onto Bridge Rd. Step 2: Drive on Bridge Rd., (through 1 light) for 1.8 miles.  At traffic light, turn left on N. Maple.  Drive .6 miles to 1st light and turn left onto Main St. in Florence.  Drive about 100 yards to Northampton Health Center on right.

From North: Take Rt. 91 South to Exit 20 and stay in right lane (King St.)  Turn right at 1st light onto Bridge Rd.. (Step 2: same as step 2 above)
