physicians in Family Practice and/or
Internal Medicine for all four health
center locations. Valley Medical Group, P.C. is a
multi-specialty medical group including
Family Practice and Internal Medicine,
Pediatrics, Endocrinology,
Rheumatology, Podiatry, Behavioral
Health (including Adult and Child
Psychiatry), Optometry and Physical
Therapy.
We have our own full service lab,
radiology, ambulatory surgical center,
and optical shops on site.
We provide comprehensive and
convenient primary and specialty care to
our patients.

Team Leader

Collaborates with the physician team leader to
provide supervision and coaching to
members of the health care team to
achieve integrated and coordinated
health care.
Ensures a focus on high quality
care and service, as well as consistent
compliance with clinical guidelines and
processes.
Working with the health care
team, provides skilled nursing care,
using the nursing process to assess,
plan, intervene and evaluate human
response to actual or potential health
problems utilizing appropriate practice
standards, protocols and guidelines.
Coordinates direct patient care
and provides direct supervision to
clinical support staff in the Family
Practice Department. |

Provides pre and post procedure patient
assessment, teaching and care.
Administers IV medications and
provides support and monitoring to
patients receiving conscious sedation.
Current knowledge and recent
experience working in endoscopy.
Current MA license, ACLS and IV
certification required. |
LPN/MA

Assists in the delivery of health care to our
patients by: preparing patients for
exams, assisting with procedures,
performing minor lab procedures,
gathering patient data, documenting
information, communicating with patients
via telephone and in person. Must be a
team player and possess excellent
customer service skills.
Successful completion of an
approved MA certifying program a plus.
CPR certification required.
Experience preferred. Flexible
hours required meeting the demands of
the department |

Receptionist

Greeting patients, collecting co-pays, making
appointments and other general office
duties.
Responsibilities include: call
messaging, rescheduling cancelled
appointments, insurance verification,
gathering authorizations, assisting with
managing appointment utilization and
patient outreach, and miscellaneous
projects.
Need a team player with excellent
communication and computer skills.
Previous medical office
experience preferred. |

Scribe

The Medical Scribe will work closely with the
practitioner to facilitate the accurate
and timely completion of electronic
medical record documentation to increase
the efficiency of the workflow for the
practitioner and timely submission of
documentation to the Billing department.
Responsibilities include
entering, reviewing and editing
information in the EMR; transcribing
clinical information in the exam room at
the time of the visit; ensuring
completeness of the exam reports prior
to submission to Billing and assisting
the practitioner with data entry of
other clinical information such as
messages. |
