Collaborates with the Endocrinology Physician Team Leader to provide supervision and coaching to members of the Endocrinology team to achieve integrated and coordinated health care.  Ensures a focus on high quality care and service, as well as consistent compliance with clinical guidelines and processes.  Coordinates direct patient care and provides direct supervision to clinical support staff in the Endocrinology Department.

 The successful applicant possesses skills in critical thinking, triaging, prioritizing, and positively interacting with patients and team members. Applicant must possess good communication skills. Supervisory and experience in an endocrinology setting preferred.
