Duties include charge entry, insurance follow-up, claim denial follow-up, patient collections, cash receipts posting, and managing correspondence from patients.  We need an individual who can work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a busy, fast paced billing office.  Must have experience in managing A/R, and a minimum of 3 years experience in CPT & ICD-9 Coding.  CPD (Certified Professional Coder) a plus.

Seeking an experienced, management level BSN to lead our Easthampton Health Center.  The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to collaborate with practitioners and practitioner team leaders to insure the delivery of high quality care to patients.  Will manage the delivery of clinical services in primary care, specialty and ancillary departments.  Must hold a BSN or related healthcare degree; Licensed RN required.  A minimum of 7 years of professional nursing/healthcare experience in a management role.  Extensive knowledge of medical safety practices and standard requirements to evaluate existing standards and implement new procedures.

 Part Time 22 Hour Position

Northampton Health Center

This candidate will work under general supervision of the Eye Care Manager, and function as a member of the Eye Care team in the delivery of high quality care and service. Will assist and support the Eye Care providers in their practice.  Must be flexible when needed to cover extra hours and willing to travel to all 4 health centers (Northampton, Amherst, Easthampton, and Greenfield).

Duties include but not limited to:  Dilates eyes, checks eye pressure and uses various ophthalmologic equipment to perform routine vision screening, visual acuity, color vision testing, visual field screening, and keratometry readings.

A minimum of 2 years experience  with an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist practice is required.

Performs routine radiology exams and mammography.  Completion of course in radiologic technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.  Current certification (ARRT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and CPR certification required.  Massachusetts license in Radiology and Mammography required, and 3 years experience preferred.
