Duties include charge entry, insurance follow-up, claim denial follow-up, patient collections, cash receipts posting, and managing correspondence from patients.  We need an individual who can work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a busy, fast paced billing office.  Must have experience in managing A/R, and a minimum of 3 years experience in CPT & ICD-9 Coding.  CPD (Certified Professional Coder) a plus.

We are seeking two experienced, management level BSN's to lead our Easthampton and Northampton Health Centers. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to collaborate with practitioners and practitioner team leaders to insure the delivery of high quality care to patients.  Will manage the delivery of clinical services in primary care, specialty and ancillary departments.  Must hold a BSN or related healthcare degree; Licensed RN required.  A minimum of 5 years of professional nursing/healthcare experience in a management role is required. Project management skills are preferred.  Must have extensive knowledge of medical safety practices and standard requirements to evaluate existing standards and implement new procedures.
