Greenfield Health Center 

Provide insight and support regarding organizational and human resources strategy and execution. Provide leadership for core HR processes including: compensation planning, performance review processes, training, recruitment and employment practices. Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation on all HR matters.
Oversee people-related policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business and/or Human Resource Management
• 5 years of HR generalist experience or 3 years of employee relations experience (experience with investigations and performance management preferred)

Preferred qualifications
• Exceptional influencing skills such as the ability to use data to support an argument and influence outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task with an understanding of confidentiality
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement

Seeking a part time Eye Care Technician who will work under general supervision of the Eye Care Manager, and function as a member of the Eye Care team in the delivery of high quality care and service.  Duties include but are not limited to:  
Dilate eyes
Check eye pressure and use various ophthalmic equipment to perform routine vision screening, Visual acuity, Color vision testing, Visual field screening, and Keratometry readings.

One year experience in eye care preferred, or CMA with prior medical office experience.  We will train the right candidate!

Greenfield Health Center

Must have the ability to collect blood from patients of all ages through venipuncture.  Includes the processing and accessions of clinical specimens.  The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good customer service skills, and be proficient in computers, data entry, and the operation of equipment.  Must be energetic and compassionate to patient needs.

Must be able to work with a flexible schedule to meet business needs including Saturday mornings.  Travel to all 4 health centers is required.

Working with the health care team, provides skilled nursing care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate human response to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practice standards, protocols and guidelines.  Coordinates direct patient care and provides direct supervision to clinical support staff in the Endocrinology Department.
